You can reach Corfu Island:
Α) By road
You can reach Corfu by road (car / bus) until you reach the city of Igoumenitsa. Then you can board the ferry from the port of Igoumenitsa with destination to Corfu.
The distance Athens - Igoumenitsa is approximately 500 km (about 5.5 hours).
(Olympia Odos – Ionia Odos 470 km / via Lamia city 520 km).
The distance Thessaloniki - Igoumenitsa is approximately 324 km (about 3.5 hours).
It should be noted that the duration of the ferry trip Igoumenitsa - Corfu is about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Β) By plane
You can reach Corfu by plane via Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" or via Thessaloniki International Airport “Macedonia", as well as other airports in Greece.
The duration of the Athens – Corfu flight is about 45 minutes, while the Thessaloniki - Corfu flight lasts about 1 hour and you can find connection flights to other Ionian Islands as well.
